My incredible journey to be part of the wine making process with Consultant Enologist Teo D’Apolito has begun! I will be in Puglia, Italy, the land of Primitivo, Negroamaro, Fiano, Grillo and many other grapes, for the next few months observing and soaking up as much as I can.
I am indebted to my friend Teo for giving me this opportunity. My intent here is to share this experience with you. At times, my posts may be too rudimentary to a lot of folks, The intent here is to capture as much detail as possible irrespective of triviality. And that’s mainly for my benefit 🙂
I’d like to make an apology in advance… It is very possible that at times I misconstrue details. As I identify those inaccuracies, I will try to correct them.
