I drove up to Molise from Puglia for the weekend to meet up with Michele’s relatives that own this winery in Toro, a small town outside of Campobasso (the biggest city in Molise). Â They follow a sustainable philosophy in their winemaking process that starts in the vineyard and extends to the production facility. Â Solar panels above the winery provide all the energy needed for wine production. Â Please checkout the video below where Concetta talked to me about the history of the winery, their production facility, the drive to be a sustainable winery, and their wines.
