This is a new expanse of land in Torre Santa Susanna, Puglia, where La Pruina Vini is preparing the soil for the planting of new Susumaniello rootstocks.
Leading this ambitious project is Pietro, the master grower and beloved “Nonno” of the D’Apolito family. With his deep knowledge of the land and generations of winemaking tradition behind him, Pietro is taking on this significant undertaking as the next step in expanding La Pruina Vini’s already impressive portfolio of wine varieties.
This new vineyard represents not only growth for the winery but also a continued commitment to preserving and celebrating the unique grape varieties of Puglia.
