One of the most rewarding parts of this journey has been watching the vineyard come to life over the past six months. I feel incredibly grateful to see the young vines growing so well and to witness the steady transformation from freshly planted rootstocks into a thriving vineyard.
This drone footage offers a perspective that’s impossible to appreciate from the ground. Seeing the neat rows of vines stretching across the property from above reminds me just how much progress has been made in such a short time.
